These folks have the whole process down to a science: the service is really friendly and English easy. On initial impression, one might think it is going to be less Japanese authentic because the reviews are mostly from tourists and yet the preparation is quintessentially Japanese and top notch. The beef is amazing but so too are the sides. We had Soshun as our chef and he was playful and delightful, and he prepared everything to perfection.
